SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
Thank you for choosing our newspapers to promote your event/organisation.  To help you in your planning, it is important that your members are aware of our criteria for sponsorship.

To be considered for sponsorship, your organisation must:

Be a non-profit, non-political organisation, based within the circulation area of our newspapers, and which is providing a substantial benefit to a wide area of our community.

Complete the attached application for sponsorship, at least one month prior to the event, or prior to the advertising being booked.  Because our company is so active in our community, we receive hundreds of requests for sponsorship each year.  By sending in your application early, you are ensuring that we have the time needed to give your application the attention it deserves.

The Beacon does not sponsor cash gifts but can provide a range of professional and valuable services to the community to support and enhance the excellent work of the non-profit sector.

For school groups and sports teams we offer a full page of advertising at a reduced rate, so that members can sell spaces to businesses, as a fundraising project, while at the same time raising public awareness of the team or event
